Using the NEMO Experiment Browser
Once a NEMO experiment has run, the investigator will need to access the generated experiment data. This includes behavioral data and functional image data. The NEMO Experiment Browser provides an interface to this data.
Starting Up
On start up, the main window and login window appear. The user will be required to enter a valid username and password to authenticate.

Once the user has successfully authenticated with the NEMO system, the user can retrieve Behavioral Data and Functional Image Data
Behavioral Data
Click on the behavioral tab to begin retrieving behavioral data. Most of the buttons and fields are disabled at this point. An experiment must be selected in order to continue.

Retrieve the data by pressing the retrieve button. The progress bar at the bottom indicates how many of the experiment instances have been processed. During the retrieval process most fields are temporarily disabled. The figure below shows retrieval based on a date range, with 12 of 23 instances processed.

Image Data
At the end of each experiment run, subject MRI images are retrieved from the scanner and automatically stored in the NEMO system. These images can be accessed using the NEMO Experiment Browser. Prior to delivery of the image files, they are anonymized protect the identity for unintended recipients and compressed to speed download.
Click on the images tab to begin retrieving image data.

Select the experiment using the choice box at the top of the tab area. On selection, a list of subjects with available images for the selected experiment are revealed. The date of the experiment run, the initials and participation date of the subject, and the location are displayed in the resulting table.

Once the image download process begins, a tab is opened at the bottom of the screen to provide status information about the image download process. The figure below indicates that anonymization process has completed and that the files are now being compressed before the download.

Once the image processing has completed, the images are returned as a zip file. The name of the compressed file corresponds to the session id for the experiment run. The id can be used to match the image data with the behavioral data files.
